With over 20 years in the Australian property and building industry, Pascal brings rare, ground-level expertise to every client relationship. She has worked across more than 250 land estates throughout Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland, including roles with some of Melbourne's most highly regarded volume builders, and has been personally involved in over 900 new property transactions.
Her experience spans the full spectrum of new property, new home builds, subdivisions, knockdown rebuilds, display homes, townhomes, duplexes, and apartments, built on close relationships with developers, project marketers, land agents, builders, and brokers along the way.
Pascal's passion for this industry comes from personal experience. Early in her own property journey, she learned firsthand how costly the wrong decisions can be when buying new property without the right guidance. That expensive lesson became the driving force behind New Property Advisory: a belief that no buyer should have to learn it the hard way. Today, she works exclusively for buyers, not developers, helping first home buyers, investors, and upgraders avoid the mistakes she once made and find the right property with real confidence.
